Reach out via email or phone. Together we discuss the company's wishes and goals for the trip, so that it suits you exactly.
Step 2: Discuss itinerary
We prepare a proposal for an itinerary that matches your wishes. We review it together to make sure it matches expectations and budget.
Step 3: Receive offer & pay deposit
We will send you a detailed offer, which includes: price estimate, itinerary and content as well as payment terms. Accept the offer and pay the deposit to confirm your trip. Once the deposit has been received, your company trip is booked.
Step 4: Final payment
61 days before departure we will send a reminder to pay the rest of the amount. The full amount must be paid to ensure everything is ready for the trip.
Step 5: Receive travel information
After full payment, you will receive: a detailed itinerary, packing list, practical information for the participants, so that everyone is well informed and prepared for the trip.
Step 6: The adventure awaits!
Now everything is ready, and you can look forward to a well-organized and targeted trip, adapted to the needs of your company
